Modification and Reselling Policy:

1. The purchasers of our products acknowledge that we do not in any circumstance permit the reselling of our products in any form including but not limited to: files, further iterations or physical models without express permission from us. All products and are subject to copyright laws.

2. The purchasers of our products acknowledge that modifications or alterations to the original designs may result in significantly different products. Inman Aerospace permits the sale or distribution of modified versions of our products only if the modifications render them substantially distinct and unambiguously different from our original designs. This includes, but is not limited to, the integration of additional components or adaptation for specific devices such as GoPro or SLR cameras.

3. Prior to reselling any modified version of our products, the purchasers must ensure that the modifications comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including any intellectual property rights, patents, or design rights held by third parties. The purchasers assume full responsibility for ensuring that the modified products do not infringe upon any such rights.

4. Furthermore, we kindly request that, when reselling our products or modified versions thereof, proper credit is given to Inman Aerospace as the original designer. Providing credit demonstrates respect for our expertise and the effort invested in our designs, helping to maintain the integrity of our work. It is important to note that providing proper attribution is not only a matter of etiquette but may also be a legal requirement. Intellectual property laws may require the acknowledgment of the original designer. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these obligations.

User Responsibility and Liability:

1. The use of our products is at the sole risk and discretion of the users. Inman Aerospace shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of the use, misuse, or modification of our products.

2. The purchasers assume full responsibility for any potential risks associated with the use of our products, including but not limited to any damage to property, personal injury, or legal implications that may arise. It is the users' responsibility to exercise caution, follow applicable laws, and take necessary safety precautions while using our products.

Collaborations and Temporary Employments/Freelancing:

In certain cases, Inman Aerospace may engage in collaborations, temporary employments, or freelancing opportunities where shared credit or ownership of intellectual property rights may be discussed and agreed upon. These agreements shall be governed by separate contractual arrangements and will outline the specific terms, responsibilities, and ownership rights involved. - We are also open to the buyer of our services to having complete ownership of products in the event that is is contractually agreed upon.
